As the Operations Manager / Executive Assistant for the Keith Walker Team, I play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business operations. I manage and optimize our CRM systems, including building and refining automations, designing workflows, and maintaining checks and balances for all commissions to ensure accuracy and accountability. I oversee administrative tasks, coordinate internal processes, and act as a central hub for team communication and project flow.
In addition to operational management, I handle our digital marketing efforts—running and monitoring both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and expand our online presence. I also manage Sisu, track performance metrics, and continuously look for opportunities to streamline systems for greater efficiency.
With a strong background in both administration and marketing, I bring a valuable blend of skills that directly contribute to the growth and success of the team. I began my career as a freelancer in 2020, and over the past five years, I have honed my expertise in business operations, marketing strategy, and systems management—delivering measurable results that help the Keith Walker Team thrive.
